Malachi is an 8 year Veteran of the bar industry. Born in New Jersey and raised in Baltimore however, his hospitality career began in the great city of Houston.

Malachi has a wealth of knowledge in cocktail creation, spirits and wine. After sharpening his skillset at Julep Bar in 2018, he has gone on to curate multiple Bar Programs (Rare Restaurant and Lounge, Taste Bar Kitchen, Wilson and Foster Speakeasy) throughout the city of Houston and is an active participant in bar competitions each year.

In his free time he enjoys reading and competes in Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA competitions.
