With more than 10 years of experience running high-end restaurants, Cristopher Pérez believes
that the key to having a successful restaurant is in the teamwork. If your staff members are
motivated, work in an environment of respect and as a leader you strive to develop their skills
and strengths, they will reward you by giving the best of themselves in each gastronomic
experience they offer to our customers.
Graduated in management from the University of Houston Downtown, Cristopher developed a
solid career in Mexico potentiating the range of specialty restaurants for Grupo Diestra Hoteles,
such as Quattro Italian cuisine, restaurants La Mansión within the Marriott Mexico City Reforma
and Tuxtla Gutiérrez hotels in the south of the country, as well as Café Des Artistes by
renowned Chef Thierry Blouet and MeroToro, unpretentious restaurant of chef Jair Tellez.
We must understand that our reason for being is the client, my commitment in this new
challenge is to provide an authentic service, which exceeds expectations, a service that makes
our diners live a culinary experience in each visit.
