Executive Chef

Hilario has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary field, being his specialty Italian food.He studied a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

His career has been developed leading different roles in the kitchen area, worked in fine dining restaurants and prestigious brand hotels as Grupo Pasta, Quattro, Gastronomía Italiana at JW Marriot Santa Fe, Nonna Cucina Bar and Alfredo di Roma located in Mexico.

He has knowledge also in European bakery and pastry, attending an internship at France.His passion for Italian Gastronomy bring him to Houston and The Woodlands to continue developing his career and offering the best of his experience to Zanti Cucina Italiana team.
