His impressive portfolio includes esteemed establishments such as Grupo Pasta, Quattro, Gastronomía Italiana at JW Marriott Santa Fé, Nonna Cucina Bar, and Alfredo di Roma in Mexico.
In addition to his proficiency in Italian cuisine, Hilario possesses extensive knowledge of European bakery and pastry, enriched by an internship in France. This diverse culinary background has fueled his passion for Italian gastronomy, which has led him to Houston.
