A native Californian, I bring 30 years plus of experience in the Hospitality Business with a major on Tourism and minors on Hotelery and Gastronomy. I have worked for Hyatt, Fiesta Americana and several restaurant chains and Steak Houses having acquired experience on Mexican, Cajun, Italian and New American cuisines as well as gaining great knowledge on wine.
Have always been passionate about service and food. I firmly believe in establishing a strong connection with our guests and employees to treat them as I would my family. I have been living in Texas since 1998 so I consider myself a proud Texan!
